Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Apply the physical principles of ultrasonography to urologic ultrasound
- Employ the various ultrasound probes and machine settings to optimize imaging
- Describe the indications for ultrasound for the kidney, bladder, scrotum, and prostate
- Identify normal ultrasound anatomy and the most common abnormal findings of the kidney, bladder, scrotum and prostate
- Successfully perform and document examinations of the kidneys, bladder, scrotum and prostate

The AUA will institute a COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Result Entry Protocol for the Hands-On Urologic Ultrasound course on September 17, 2022.
In practice, this means all AUA attendees, faculty, vendors and staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide negative test results taken 72-hours or less from the time of entry in order to gain access to the event. There is no higher priority for the AUA than delivering a safe and successful course, and we believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of our audience.

CREDIT DESIGNATION:
The American Urological Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.25AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
OTHER LEARNERS:

Cancellation Policy
Live Course:An administrative fee of 15% is assessed if registration is cancelled up to six weeks prior to the course. If registration is cancelled four to six weeks from the course, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee paid. No registration fees will be refunded less than four weeks prior to the course.
Registration Transfer:Customers switching from an option of lesser value to a higher value will be required to pay the difference in cost between the two options. Switching to an option of lesser value from a higher value must be made no later than to six weeks prior to the course and will be subject to an administrative fee of 15% of the cost of the course from which they are transferring. Transfer of registration from a higher value option to an option of lesser value past six weeks prior to the course will not receive a refund.
